Job Description
Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Cardiff to join our client, the travel insurance specialist for customers with pre-existing medical conditions.
You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, offering guidance, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer journey.
The salary for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8.30am - 8pm and 1 in 4 weekends, Saturday or Sunday
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Cardiff
Hybrid working is available once you have passed the probation period

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat
Responding to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution
Handling complaints empathetically and effectively, striving for complete customer satisfaction
Using live chat and other digital platforms to support and guide customers in real time
Communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
Demonstrating a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and enhancing the customer experience Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
You should be an excellent communicator, being articulate in both written and verbal communication
You ideally will be motivated by goals and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding performance metrics
You should be committed to delivering an exceptional service experience at every touchpoint
Being detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and commitment to getting things right the first time is required
