Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a small, dynamic organisation on a full time, permanent basis.

Managing web orders, picking and packing goods.
Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Updating order details, deliveries and incoming stock.
Oversee the checking in of goods delivered to the premises.
Coordinate time-sensitive deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and pleasant manner in all client and supplier interactions.The successful Customer Service Advisor have the following related skills / experience:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills.
