In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, taking inbound calls to report repairs and ensure they receive an outstanding experience every time. You'll become a pro at providing technical advice to help diagnose faults and expertly raise repair appointments for our engineers. Making sure customers feel like our number one priority and are fully informed throughout the repair process will be your mission.

While you don't need to be a building repair expert, we're seeking individuals with:
Excellent communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
High attention to detail
Ideally, previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
