Ensure all customer interactions meet regulatory standards and reflect a customer-first approachSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Confident communicator with a natural flair for building relationships and putting customers at ease
Brings a positive mindset, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for providing excellent service
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team, but equally capable of using initiative when working independently
Ideally has experience in customer-facing or sales roles, though full training and support will be provided
Proactive and eager to learn, with a “can-do” attitude and strong problem-solving skills
