Customer Service Advisor
Location – Bournemouth
Salary - £24,000 per annum
Hours – Monday – Friday
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their team. The role is all about personality, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping customers. While previous experience is welcome, it is not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is a friendly and professional manner, a willingness to learn, and the drive to deliver excellent service.
Duties –
Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, handling enquiries in a professional and supportive way
Understand customer needs, provide advice where possible, or pass queries to the right department
Keep customer records up to date
Manage daily tasks such as responding to queries, checking deliveries, and updating systems
Work closely with suppliers to resolve customer issues and process credits where needed
Skills -
Excellent communication and written skills
Willingness to learn new skills
Organised, reliable, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently
