As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all queries and processes throughout the customer’s experience.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,500

The Customer Service Advisor would have the following responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
Keep customers fully updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs, providing clear and timely communication at every stage.
Manage repair bookings and workshop schedules efficiently to maximise productivity and reduce customer wait times.
Clearly explain services, repair timelines, and costs, ensuring transparency and building customer trust.
Use Microsoft Excel, Teams and CRM systems proficiently.
Prepare invoices and process payments, including handling insurance excess charges and assisting with related documentation.
Proactively recommend additional repairs or service plans based on vehicle assessments and customer needs.
Be the go-to person for resolving customer concerns — listening attentively, offering practical solutions, and always making the customer feel heard and supported.
Follow up post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and foster long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate would have the following skillset:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
A customer-first attitude with a professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Thrive in a customer experience environment.
A Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous.
