Job Description
CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors in Nantgarw, CF15.
Our well known client are looking build their friendly Customer service team due to expansion.
Duties will include:
* Answering Calls, Emails and Live chats
* Work within a team to increase productivity
* Follow orders from Supervisors as well as using your own initiative
* Act as the link between CS and Operations, handling CEO/CS queries
* Work with Ops to locate and resolve parcels quickly
* Provide daily depot status updates – including a Sit Rep for CSS to share with Merchants and consumers
* Support Ops communications on flagged issues (APM, Store, 2Door locations)
* Undertake other item resolution tasks as required by the Depot Manager
Shift Pattern available -
Sunday -Thursday, Tuesday - Saturday
Hours -
10am -6:30pm
