Salary/OTE: £30K + monthly performance bonus + uncapped commission

We’re hiring a Service Advisor to join a busy, friendly team at a well-established Volkswagen dealership in Basingstoke. If you’re customer-focused, organised, and confident upselling services, this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing

Booking in customer vehicles
*
Greeting and updating customers
*
Explaining repairs clearly
*
Upselling services and products
*
Supporting workshop efficiency
*
Ensuring a smooth handover
What you’ll need
*
Service Advisor experience (motor trade)
*
Great communication and people skills
*
Confident upselling
*
Organised and calm under pressure
*
VAG, Keyloop, RTC or GRP experience is a bonus
