Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Libraries)
Location: Ealing, West London (Travel round borough)
Hourly rate £18.86 PAYE / £24.92 Umbrella per hour
Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours

🧭 About the Role
As a Library-Based Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes residents into our libraries and helps them access a wide range of council services. You'll provide advice, support digital inclusion, and connect people with both council and community resources-all from the heart of their local library.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Provide clear, empathetic advice on council services to library visitors
Help residents navigate and use online services using public PCs or their own devices
Support digital literacy by guiding customers through self-service tools
Book appointments and triage enquiries to the right council departments
Promote library services and community resources to enhance resident support
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements
Work flexibly across different library locations🧠 What We're Looking For
