Customer Service Advisor
Lincolnshire
3 Month Ongoing Contract
First point of contact for anyone reporting concerns about a child.
Handle calls from both members of the public and professionals (e.g. Police Officers, Nurses, School Teachers).
Gather detailed information using professional curiosity — never take information at face value.
Record information within a structured framework on the system.
Pass completed reports to Children’s Social Care for further action.
