Customer Service Advisor - urgent!!
Bassingbourn
Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Permanent, full time, in office
40 hour week - flexible start and end times

If you're someone who loves a challenge, is proactive, and can speak confidently with customers and industry professionals-this one's for you!
The Role
You'll be the heartbeat of the office-ensuring customers receive top-class service while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include:
Answering inbound calls and emails
Processing orders using Sage Accounts
Managing logistics (including international freight)
Preparing key info for production and quotations
Supporting day-to-day office administration
Helping build strong, lasting customer relationships
What We're Looking For
Experience with order processing
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong IT, numeracy, and touch-typing skills
Confident on the phone and able to grasp technical information
Detail-focused, methodical, and highly organised
