Position: Customer Service Representative
Working Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 08:30am-18:00pm)
Location: Homeworking (equipment provided)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse range of inbound customer calls, resolving queries "Right First Time" with a friendly and professional touch.
Capturing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality and safety of customer data.
Assessing claims and responding to customer inquiries via electronic communication.
Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.Requirements:

Fluency in Welsh: Both written and spoken.
Good Verbal and Written English Skills: Clear communication is key!
Ability to Follow Instructions: Adhere to processes with precision.
