Location: Central Bristol (Hybrid working available after 3 months)
Hours: 37 per week - Monday-Friday - shifts between 08:30-18:00

Be the friendly first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls
Provide clear, accurate advice and support to a diverse range of customers
Handle complex queries and complaints with empathy and confidence
Collaborate across departments to find the best solutions
