Description
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
Assist with handling complaints, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
Support the Customer Service team in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
Provide product information and guidance to customers when required.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.Profile
