Job Description
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent on behalf of our client based in Takeley, on a temporary to permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support via phone and email. Responsibilities include handling customer queries and complaints, advising on parts, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments, and offering guidance on servicing schedules and engineer time scales. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience dealing with customer complaints confidently and effectively, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.
Experience, education & qualifications
· Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role with proven experience handling customer complaints
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Confident using computer systems and managing multiple enquiries
· Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
