We are proud to be working with our client on their latest intake as they continue to grow their collections team. As a multi-award-winning financial services company, they have been delivering high-quality service and collections for nearly 14 years
These positions are based in their Glasgow City Centre office and offer an immediate start. The roles follow a two-week rotational shift pattern, operating Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM every second week.
The starting salary for this role is £25,080, with the opportunity to earn up to £250 in commission each month. There is also an annual salary review, where your base salary could increase by up to £1,000 per year. In addition, you'll enjoy a range of incentives, including regular prize draws and holiday giveaways.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a dedicated and supportive service to clients and their customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with outstanding debt
Accurately updating customer account notes after each interaction
Providing high-quality service while ensuring customers are treated fairly and respectfully
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should bring the following skills and experience:
Excellent customer service skills, gained either in a contact centre or face-to-face environment
A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in every interaction
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy and confidence
