Key duties include:
Assisting customers and clients with queries over the phone and via email
Monthly document renewal schedules
Registering new products onto the system and with national databases
Management of compliance of services
Ensuring accurate data input onto internal and external systems and industry bodies
Daily and weekly report production
Collection and deliver of post
General filing and administrative duties
Person specification
Proven experience within and administrative role
Customer service experience
Strong team player
Excellent eye for detail
Strong communication skills
Self-starter
Able to work within deadlines
European languages are beneficial but not essential
