About Us:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join an experienced team and help us provide a first-class experience for our customers. The role is offered on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday (Apply online only)hrs
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Process orders, returns, and payments efficiently

Organise courier collections

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable but not essential
