Contact Centre Consultant
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £12.30 per hour + bonus up to £300 per month
Hours: Rotating shift pattern (Monday-Friday 8:30am-7pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm, Sunday 9am-5pm).

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join a busy Contact Centre Team in Ringwood. If you have the energy, positivity and drive to deliver exceptional customer service, this is your chance to join a team where every interaction really makes a difference.
Every customer matters. Whether it's helping to place an order, resolving a query, or offering a recommendation, you'll be empowered to provide a service that leaves customers 100% happy - every single time.
What you'll do
Handle customer enquiries across telephone, email, live chat and social media.
Support customers with orders (B2C and B2B), product recommendations, delivery and despatch queries.
Proactively make outbound calls when needed, responding to queries or supporting service campaigns.
Achieve efficiency, adherence and quality standards while always delivering "100% Happiness".
Ensure your communication is professional, engaging, empathetic and clear.
Manage written channels (email & live chat) effectively, handling multiple conversations with accuracy.
Suggest improvements and share best practice with the team.
What we're looking for
Essential:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers and colleagues.
Results-driven, with experience meeting KPIs or targets.
Confident resolving queries while delivering a great experience.
Comfortable using Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Desirable:
Knowledge of call centre systems.
Understanding of GDPR compliance.
Experience coaching or mentoring others.
