As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.

You will play a vital role in supporting sales, managing customer interactions, and contributing to a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
Understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service and sales support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Support lead follow-ups and proactive sales activity
Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain high service standards
Accurately manage customer data using internal systems
Handle confidential and financial information with professionalism
Contribute positively to a fast-paced, energetic team environmentMy client is looking for a confident, organised and commercially aware individual with a passion for customer service and sales.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Positive, proactive attitude with a strong motivation to succeed in sales
Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Calm and professional under pressure
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel
Experience using databases and CRM/CMS systems 

Salary up to £28,000
