Customer Service Coordinator – 12-Month Contract | Telford 📍
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join a global technology leader 🌍 in Telford. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in customer service, order management, and supply chain coordination while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
This role is offered on a 12-month contract 📅 (with strong potential for extension).
✨ What you’ll do
*
Coordinate and prioritise outsourced work, keeping customers updated
*
Prepare and send sub-contract quotations using internal systems
*
Process customer orders and respond promptly to queries
*
Track supplier progress and support logistics for timely delivery
*
Maintain detailed records, certificates, and audit notes
*
Support procurement tasks including requisitions, POs, and scheduling
🔍 What we’re looking for
*
2+ years in customer service, order processing, or operations
*
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel incl. v-lookups, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities
*
Excellent communicator and team player
*
Procurement/supply chain experience (a bonus)
