Absolute Recruitment are looking for a confident and driven individual to join our client’s team in Crewe. This role offers excellent progression opportunities, with a clear path into account management.
Location: Crewe
Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30am–4:30pm, Fri 8:30am–3:30pm (some flexibibility can be arranged with shift times)
Type: Full-time
What you’ll be doing:

Processing customer orders, quotes, and invoices
*
Using the CRM system to manage accounts and track activity
*
Handling inbound and outbound calls — upselling and building strong relationships
*
Supporting the sales team with admin, reports, and customer updates
*
Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
What we’re looking for:

Experience in sales support, telesales, or customer service
*
Confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone
*
Comfortable using CRM systems and working with invoices
*
Ambitious, organised, and eager to progress
