Customer Service Coordinator Pontefract | Full-time (Part-time considered, min. 30 hours) Travis Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our Pontefract-based client for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. The Role As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will: * Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat. * Follow up on quotes and enquiries, supporting the sales team to win new and repeat business. * Provide a professional and efficient service to customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly. * Accurately process quotes and sales orders, ensuring information is correct and up to date. * Work closely with Area Sales Managers on sales forecasting, pipelines, and customer relationships. * Support wider business teams with administration, reporting, and coordination tasks. About You We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience in customer service and/or sales support. * Is confident, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Has excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. * Is a strong team player with good attention to detail. * Can use Microsoft Office confidently (experience with SAP or a CRM is desirable but not essential). Hours & Benefits * Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with 30-minute lunch). * Friday flexible working: 3 out of 4 Fridays finish at 1:30pm; on the 4th Friday finish at 4:30pm (with an earlier finish the following Monday). * Part-time considered: 30 hours per week for the right candidate.
