Customer Service Executive 
Start Date :October 
Salary: £27980 Rising to £32,185

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7.45am-8.45pm.
Rotating shifts with the rota provided several weeks in advance (including some weekends and bank holidays on a rota)

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of customer cases/ enquiries from start to finish, ensuring every individual receives the support they need while maintaining excellent service standards.

 What You'll Be Doing:  
Managing a caseload of customer enquiries and ongoing cases 
Providing outstanding customer support over the telephone and via email 
Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to progress cases efficiently 
Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems 
Prioritising multiple tasks while working to agreed service levels 
Identifying complex cases and escalating where appropriate 
Delivering a compassionate, professional and customer-focused service at every stage  We're interested in people with:
  
Previous customer service experience 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems 
Excellent organisational and time management skills 
The ability to make confident decisions 
A calm, empathetic approach under pressure 
Strong attention to detail 
A proactive and positive attitude  
Training & Development 
Full training is provided through an office-based induction programme, giving you all the knowledge and support needed to succeed.

 You'll continue to receive ongoing coaching and development throughout your probation and beyond, with genuine opportunities for career progression as your skills and experience grow.
