Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries from customers
Processing bookings and updating internal systems accurately
Advising customers on available options
Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and collections
Building rapport with new and returning clients
Handling queries and resolving issues with a calm and professional approach
Supporting general admin duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Strong customer service background – ideally from a fast-paced environment
Confident and clear communicator – both on the phone and in writing
Highly organised and able to multitask effectively
IT literate with good attention to detail
