Customer Support Executive
Salary £25k plus benefits
Based in Watford (hybrid offered - 3 days home - 2 days in the office)
Our client is based on the outskirts of Watford and is the market leader in their industry.

Your role would be -
Customer support via phone and email
Order processing
Manage the subscription and on-boarding of new clients
Keep the in-house CRM system up to date
Account management
General admin support
Ideal candidate
Strong communication skills
Detail orientated
Previous customer service experience.
