Senior Salmon LTD are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join their growing client based in Annesely
A successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client and customer issues
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Particularly Excel) and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or WMS (Warehouse Management Software) preferred
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
