Job Title: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Office-Based - Stradbroke, Suffolk
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 Full-Time, Permanent
Major Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in the pet food production sector.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Provide support for order processing and customer account management
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
* Assist with general administrative duties related to customer service and sales support
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
