Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
📍 Location: Edinburgh
💰 Salary: £24,300 + bi-annual bonus
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
📅 Contract: Full-time (37 hours/week)
🌴 Holidays: 25 days + 9 public holidays

This isn't your average call centre gig. You'll be the voice of calm and clarity, guiding customers through their journeys, resolving issues, and making sure they feel heard and supported every step of the way.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
Answering customer enquiries with warmth and accuracy
Helping customers navigate delays or tricky situations
Working with subcontractors and third parties to get things sorted
Handling complaints and appeals with care and professionalism
Pitching in on ideas to make the service even better
