Customer Services Lead

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
We’re looking for a Customer Services Lead to support our operations and sales teams in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll manage customer queries, oversee order processing, and drive improvements across customer service and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone and email.
Manage sales and purchase order processes.
Monitor transport providers and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records for compliance and audits.
Support sales by spotting opportunities with existing customers.
Work with warehouse, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth service.
About You
2–3 years’ customer service experience, ideally with exposure to logistics/import/export.
Strong IT, administration, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player.
