CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER Working in partnership with a family-owned business who are a supplier distributing bottled and plumbed water coolers across the market in Hull (HU4) we are recruiting an organised, independent customer service manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing family business who are offering £16.5k plus discretionary Christmas Bonus. Shift pattern/ Working hours: Office based Wedneday to Friday 8am till 4pm. Start date / Duration The Customer Service Manager position will commence within start dates determined for December however interviewing process will be in November. Job Description We are seeking a driven and collaborative Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part - time basis, working 24 hours per week. The role involves a high amount of attention to detail, great organisation skills and previous involvement within IT and software. Responsibilities: Small amount of filing Organise the orders generated for between 3 - 4 drivers per day, creating an efficient route for them using Prowat Upload the deliveries completed the day before by the drivers Check their handheld confirmations are correct Record total number of bottles, coolers swapped, sanitised, cups delivered by each driver Print and check the vehicle tracker for each driver Deal with enquiries, queries, orders Check and action emails and phone calls in coming regularly Ordering cooler replacements or new machines with the sanitisation room Liaise with office manager and 2 other sales desks with any changes Liaise with drivers completing your round where necessary Assist with other members of staffRequirements: Competent on Microsoft Mail, Excel and Word Customer Service Skills Dealing with enquiries/queries from existing customers Inputting customer orders onto Prowat (bespoke software) Updating customer details on Prowat where necessary Ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service Weekly Telephone/email contact with existing customer base to check if require a delivery using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet Creating quotations via email from prewritten template to customer enquiries Follow up Quotations Send Contracts won via AdobeWhat's in it for you? £16.5k annual Straight permanent contract Wednesday to Friday working hours 8am till 4pm Birthday off!
