What you’ll do

You’ll own and improve the customer experience from initial RFQ and onboarding through to dispatch. That means turning first-time orders into repeat business and keeping customers happy, informed and supported throughout their journey.

Specifically, you’ll:

  * Be the central point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues and managing escalations

  * Follow up on RFQs to confirm orders or understand why they weren’t placed

  * Work closely with sales and procurement to improve order visibility, forecasts and service levels

  * Conduct regular feedback surveys and use the insights to close gaps in service

What you’ll need

  * Strong customer-facing experience in manufacturing, with a track record of handling disputes professionally

  * Some commercial or sales background, ideal if you’re an inside sales person who wants to focus more on service than targets

  * Confident communication and the ability to influence across teams
