Customer Service Officer - Full time and Part time opportunities
Location: Cairnryan, Wigtownshire, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.
Rate of pay: £12.55 per hour plus overtime opportunities
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off
This is a tremendous opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in Cairnryan. You will join a dedicated team where you will receive ongoing training, support, and development. This role consists of regular body searches and general customer service/security duties.
Essential criteria:
* Be polite, friendly and professional
* A team player that enjoys working in a committed team environment
Duties to include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
* Manage access control to the site
* Internal and external patrols of the site
* Regular body searches
* Gatehouse duties
* Carry out vehicle searches
* Issuing passes to visitors, contractors and staff members
* Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
* Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
* Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
* Respond to emergency situations
* Work as part of a customer focused team
