You'll be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service, handling a high volume of calls, written correspondence and internal queries with a smile.
What part will you play?
* Liaise effectively with internal and external customers via phone, letter, and email
* Resolve customer queries and requests accurately and efficiently
* Process financial amendments, transfer requests, and refunds within appropriate timescales
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
* Collaborate with team members, offering proactive support during peak periods
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive business efficiencies
* Adhere to industry and regulatory guidelines
* Effortlessly manage switchboard calls, directing customers to the right department with exceptional service
Experience / Skills required:
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, both verbally and in writing
* Experience in a Customer Services team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
