The opportunity
We’re seeking a tenacious, passionate, and proactive individual to step into a key role within their office team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help drive smooth day-to-day operations while delivering the outstanding service their customers rely on. Key responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring positive relationships.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and offering account support.
* Carry out general office administration to keep operations running smoothly.
* Support key accounting tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger responsibilities.
* Respond to internal emails within designated KPIs.
* Make and receive phone calls to assist customers promptly and professionally.
