We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients busy and friendly team and become a key part of delivering fantastic products for their clients.

This isn’t just a role where you answer emails and pick up the phone. You’ll be at the heart of each customer project — from the first enquiry and quotation right through to production, mailing and successful delivery.

If you’re someone who enjoys building great relationships, juggling multiple projects, solving problems and making sure everything runs like clockwork, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the person our customers can rely on, making sure their projects are handled smoothly, professionally and accurately.

Your day could include:

Being the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
 Responding to enquiries quickly, professionally and with a can-do attitude.
 Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for projects.
 Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are correct.
 Working with customers to clarify artwork, specifications and requirements.
 Coordinating mailing data, fulfilment and delivery requirements.
 Working closely with Sales, Production, Print, Fulfilment.
 Keeping a close eye on every project to make sure deadlines and quality standards are met.
 Keeping customers updated and letting them know about progress, changes or potential delays.
 Solving customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively.
 Spotting opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely add value.
 Supporting the wider team when things get busy.

You don’t need to know everything about the product on day one. What matters most is that you’re organised, switched-on, customer-focused and keen to learn.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A fantastic eye for detail — getting the little things right really matters.
The ability to manage several projects and priorities at once.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A positive, proactive and practical approach.
A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
The confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Experience or knowledge of:

Print, mailing or fulfilment.
Print production processes.
Direct mail campaigns.
Hybrid mail platforms.
Digital document delivery solutions.
Postal production processes.
Industry experience is desirable, but the right attitude, organisation and customer service skills are just as important.
