🎯 Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner

Strong written English with a minimum GCSE Grade C / Level 5

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks without supervision

A customer-first attitude and flexible approach to team collaboration

Experience in customer service or food wholesale is an advantage—but not essential
