Customer Service Representative
OA are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s highly successful and growing team.
Location: Welham Green
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays. Fully office-based
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 – depending on experience

Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
Handle customer orders and enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or instant message
Resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including late, incorrect, or faulty orders, plus technical support
Maintain accurate and confidential customer and financial records
Use database systems and liaise with suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries, repairs, and correspondence
Assist with online registration, order processing, and stock availability checks
Support finance with security checks, accounting queries, and flagged issues
Communicate order updates, delays, or changes to customers
Coordinate with overseas manufacturing teams via Skype or email
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse workspace in line with health and safety rules
Keep company representatives informed on samples, new ranges, and queries
