A successful and expanding organisation with sites across the UK and Europe, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its established team in Chertsey.

What you’ll be doing as Customer Service Representative:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution focused. You will:
Process orders, returns, complaints and credits
Maintain accurate customer account information
Resolve product or service queries, investigating and providing the best solutions within agreed SLAs
Manage inbound calls and emails effectively
Build strong relationships through proactive communication
Support Key Account Managers in achieving team sales targets
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Representative:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate who can bring proven customer service experience and a positive, can-do attitude. You will also have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly and professional telephone manner
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The ability to adapt to different personalities and remain calm under pressure
Strong multitasking, time management, and organisational skills
