Location- Guildford - Free Parking
Salary: £14 per hour PLUS 20 days holiday +BH, Discretionary Bonus Scheme, Month Staff events, Hybrid Working options, Pension Scheme & SO much more!
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-5:30pm)

Handling customer queries across phone, email, and LiveChat with empathy and professionalism
Building strong relationships and trust with customers
Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners

Skills & Experience:
Prior experience working in customer services (office)
Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A natural problem-solver with great attention to detail
