Customer Service & Sales Support - Wirral
Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
This role is all about making sure customers get the very best service, while also supporting the wider team with sales, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be working with managers, suppliers, and clients across our branches – so no two days will ever be the same!
What you’ll be doing:
Teaming up with the Customer Service and Warehouse Managers to deliver excellent service across the board.
Managing quotes, sales, and purchases
Preparing quotations and supporting negotiations to help maximise sales opportunities.
Responding to customer enquiries quickly and professionally – whether over the phone, by email, or via head office.
Keeping everything organised in the internal systems – from raising purchase orders to making sure data is spot on.
Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers through clear, friendly communication.
Updating clients regularly so they know exactly what’s happening with their orders.
Supporting colleagues across branches and departments to keep everything running smoothly.
Helping out with everyday admin tasks like filing, scanning, and photocopying.Experience:
Strong ICT literate
Someone with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
A detail-focused approach – accuracy is key in this role.
A team player who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships.
