Shifts: 20 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Step into the spotlight at one of London’s most iconic visitor attractions this autumn. We’re launching an exciting new exhibition—and we need a confident, people-focused Customer Service Team Leader to help make it shine.
Your Role: You’ll lead a team of Visitor Hosts, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience. From managing daily operations to motivating your team, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer service delivery.
What We’re Looking For: We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
Passionate about creating outstanding visitor experiences
Experienced in leading teams within visitor attractions or similar settings
A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Flexible with working hours, including weekends
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Over 18 years old
Pay: £17.57 per hour (PAYE)
