Job Title: Customer Services and Digital Officer
Location: Hybrid (BCP/DC) We will provide all the equipment you need to work either from home or in one of our offices, good internet is essential. Travel across BCP and DC is required for meetings and training.
Salary: £13.90 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Hours: Hours to be made up between 09:00 -18:30, happy to consider flexible working within these core hours but you will need to cover the occasional evening.

What you will be doing:
As a digital customer service officer, you will respond to, online, telephone and live webchat as a member of our friendly advisor team.
As the first point of contact for our service you will be creating a digital record when someone new joins the service, asking them about their health and lifestyle, and supporting them to take steps towards leading a happier, healthier life.
The Advisor role isn't simply about collecting or providing information the team use a range of skills to engage, assess and empower individuals to make changes that can make a significant and lasting difference to people's lives. You will very much be using the latest behaviour change science to guide your interactions with our clients, offering expert evidence-based advice.
About you:
You are a confident communicator who knows how to make people feel comfortable and safe.
You are passionate about health and wellbeing and understand why making good decisions now can help people have longer healthier lives.
Customer service is your thing; you want to make sure everyone who connects with us has a great experience.
You love to problem solve and can think on your feet.
You enjoy working as a team but are happy to also get your head down and work independently
You notice the details and will do your very best to make sure you capture all the information needed accurately and support others to do the same.
Full training will be provided but it would be great if you have some experience with digital record keeping, CRM's or in a contact centre.
