Job Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for French or Spanish speakers for a great Customer Services type role. Full training is provided. The French or Spanish speaking Customer Service support job opportunities to start ASAP and will be working for a great company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
Hours: 35 hours a week - Shift work including some weekends
Salary: £29-31K + excellent company benefits
Location: Office based - East Grinstead, West Sussex
Customer Service duties:
Manage all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls and emails
Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all cases to completion.
Checking of customer records, notes and invoices
Advise customers and answer queries regarding their claimsSkills & Experience:
Ideally have some Customer Service skills and experience
High level of organisation required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in French or SpanishBefore You Apply
