Retail & E-Commerce Assistant – Nursery & Baby Goods
Location: Stockport
Salary: From £12.50 per hour + Commission
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Weekend availability required – either Saturday or Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations within the store and online retail space

Collaborate with management to support business growth

Provide high-quality after-sales care and customer support

Manage inventory and carry out quality control checks

Gain strong product knowledge through training to assist customers confidently
*
Assist with e-commerce fulfilment including packing and shipping orders
*
Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency

Confident IT skills

Sales experience preferred but not essential

Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Daily Duties Include:

Responding to customer enquiries in-store and online

Working collaboratively with the team to stay informed on new products and services

Helping customers find the perfect product to suit their needs

Delivering exceptional service in line with company policies

Supporting the team with other ad-hoc duties as required
