OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A HANDS-ON CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER TO LEAD AND SHAPE A NEW DEPARTMENT FROM SCRATCH.
YOU WILL TAKE FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOURNEY FROM CRADLE TO GRAVE.
OUR CLIENT WOULD ALSO CONSIDER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR LOOKING FOR A STEP UP INTO MANAGEMENT.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
✅ EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN CONSTRUCTION OR HOUSEBUILDING, IDEALLY WITH EXPOSURE TO SITE HANDOVERS AND DEFECT MANAGEMENT.
✅ CONFIDENT COMMUNICATOR WHO CAN LIAISE WITH SUBCONTRACTORS, COORDINATE PHASED HANDOVERS, AND FOLLOW UP ON OUTSTANDING WORKS.
✅ ORGANISED AND PROACTIVE, ABLE TO TRAVEL TO SITES ACROSS THE SOUTH EASTBefore You Apply
