Position Details: Job Title: Customer Services Officer Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £14.13 Start Date: September 8, 2025 Working Pattern: Full Time Location: Civic Centre, Wolverhampton (just 12 minutes walk from Wolverhampton train station and 8 minutes from St Georges tram station) About the Role: As the first point of contact for social care calls, you'll play a vital role in assisting the community. While the focus will be predominantly on adult social care, you may also handle occasional children's inquiries. Your resilience and maturity will be key, especially when dealing with sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service through various channels - phone, face-to-face, and email. Resolve inquiries related to Council services effectively and professionally. Track and follow up on all customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
