What You'll Do:
In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing unparalleled service and support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
🎯 Providing exceptional service by addressing customer needs with attention to detail and timely follow-up.
💼 maximising sales opportunities with every customer interaction.
📞 Liaising with customers daily via telephone, email, or Freshdesk.
💳 Processing payments and entering orders efficiently into our system.
🔍 Providing pricing and availability information as requested.
📦 Handling inquiries about order statuses and ensuring commitments are met.
🔄 Resolving issues related to returns, shipping discrepancies, and order errors.
📦 Coordinating stock returns and liaising with the warehouse team.
📞 Managing calls regarding faulty products and arranging collections.
📊 Monitoring stock levels and ordering spare parts as needed.
📈 Assisting with additional tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Customer Services function.What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who possesses:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and professionalism. ☎️
Proficiency in data entry and a good understanding of Excel.
A solid working knowledge of SAP.
A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
The ability to build effective relationships with customers and our sales team.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Details:
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with an early finish on Friday! 🎉)
