About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the onboarding and optimisation of insurance partners, ensuring a seamless experience from contract signature through to launch and maturity.
You’ll work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations — combining relationship management, project delivery, and data insight to drive commercial success and partner satisfaction.
* People person who will be comfortable building relationships and maximizing them
* Strong data analysis to drive partners forward
* Implementation planning and stakeholder management (internal and external)
What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end implementation of new partners, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
* Act as the main contact for partners, building trusted relationships and driving performance.
* Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.
* Collaborate across teams to improve processes, enhance partner value, and support renewals.
* Maintain accurate tracking through Salesforce and other project tools.
Must Haves
* Proven experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Implementation roles
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Strong project management and coordination abilities
* Confident using data and reporting to inform decisions
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Haves
* Background in insurance, financial services, or SaaS
* Experience using Salesforce and project management tools
* Knowledge of affinity or partner-led insurance models
* Project management or business qualification (desirable, not essential).
