Customer Support Administrator

About the Role
One of the Ranger Group companies, Syncro Group are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Customer Support and Engineering Managers by coordinating service schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule service and small works appointments
* Maintain accurate job records and client databases
* Prepare reports, quotes, and documentation
* Coordinate engineer site visits and travel arrangements
* Order equipment and manage stock levels
* Raise and track purchase orders; handle returns
* Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and delivery
* Ensure compliance with NSI, BAFE, ISO standards
* Invoice clients and resolve related queries
* Support junior admin staff and assist with training
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative and IT skills (email, spreadsheets, databases)
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills
* Experience with compliance processes (ISO9001:2015) is a plus
